This year’s movie box office has started far better than last year and close to the record setting 2010. Blockbuster’s like “The Hunger Games” and “The Avengers” are still setting records both domestically and internationally. The first quarter of this year saw total domestic box office hit $2,584,270,000, compared to 2011 which saw the first quarter come in at just $2,096,910,000.
