Oh LinkedIn is really a great social networking site and I'm sure that you are having fun and also get a lot of traffic.
Is linkedin really worth the effort? I'm thinking that it's not going to be because of most people are on Twitter and FB, at least my target market's demographics say so.

So far, I think linkedin has not be worth a lot of time or effort. If I had to describe the benefits of LinkedIn over sites like Facebook and Twitter, I'd say you make higher quality contacts with LinkedIn, over a larger quantity of people on FB and Twitter.

One bonus I found on LinkedIn is the groups and people are highly skilled with web design and economic analysis. I've been able to get a lot of programming help and have found a lot of information on investing and investment opportunities through LinkedIn. I thought everyone I connected with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Please post your advice and LinkedIn tips in this thread and just like the Tips For Facebook thread I will try and post a new tip to get the most out of LinkedIn without wasting a lot of time in this thread everyday. So check back tomorrow for more.
