Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple and Google

First Apple refuses to put a Google app on its iPhones, then Microsoft and Yahoo enter into a ten year ad partnership, not to mention Twitter has redesigned its site to focus on real time search an are where Google is clearly inferior.
Is this all part of a deliberate effort by these huge companies to take down Google?
